Use of this website and ordering products from it, means that you agree in full to the following Terms & Conditions.


At LE Graphics we supply custom made products and we take pride in offering a highly personalised service. Therefore, if you place an order on this website, no payment will be asked for. We will review your order and then contact you by telephone or email to discuss the order fully, give you an exact quotation and then, if you are happy to proceed, we can arrange payment either on the phone, online or via post.

Product Prices

Since almost all of our products and services are bespoke we will contact you and provide a full quotation before any order is accepted. However any prices which are shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated.

We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate, however, errors may occur. If we discover that an item has been offered for sale at an incorrect price (either above or below the intended price) we shall advise you when we contact you to arrange payment. If the correct price is not satisfactory to you, you have the option of immediately cancelling your order without making any payment, or making the additional payment (if required) to allow your order to proceed. If we cannot contact you, we shall treat the order as cancelled.


Prices quoted in our literature and on our web site do not include VAT unless otherwise indicated. VAT should be added at the current rate to all prices including set-up charges, artwork charges, additional printing / embroidery costs and carriage. Children’s clothing and some digital printing will be zero rated for VAT, except where indicated. Export Orders are normally VAT Exempt, please ask for details.

Garment Decorating Costs

Prices quoted are for un-decorated (blank) garments. Almost all items can be embroidered with your slogan, motif or logo and the first logo on every garment which is purchased from us can be embroidered at a discounted rate of just £4.50 for up to 10,000 stitches in one location. Additional embroidered logos are charged at £5.00 per garment / logo position for up to 10,000 stitches.

For logos over 10,000 stitches add 50p for every additional 1,000 (or part thereof) stitches to the above prices.

Individual names can be embroidered on each garment at our normal logo embroidery rate, please ask for further details.

Screen Printing

Some items (such as umbrellas) are not suited to embroidery and these items are normally screen printed instead of embroidered. Please ask for a price for your screen printing requirements. A few items in our range are unsuited to either embroidery or screen printing and can only be supplied blank.

Printing or Embroidery On Your Own Garments

We will be pleased to quote for your requirements – please ask. Normally our own-garment embroidery charge will be £6.00 for up to 10,000 stitches plus 50p for every 1,000 additional stitches. Our range of garments has been specially selected for decoration however not all garments purchased generally are as suitable for machine embroidery.

Customers own garments are received for embroidery, printing or other decoration only on the understanding that: LE Graphics accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage which may be caused to garments during the decoration process.

Please remember that an average size breast logo will involve a stretching and clamping process and approximately ten thousand needle penetrations into a garment. Similarly, printing involves clamping and heating to over 170 degrees. We cannot guarantee that garments sourced elsewhere will be able to withstand these stresses. All of the garments supplied by LE Graphics have been specially manufactured and/or selected to withstand the rigors of embroidery or printing. Our product range comprises only garments which are suitable for decoration and which we will guarantee completely.

No refunds will be given for customer supplied garments which suffer damage during decoration, howsoever caused.

Embroidery Artwork / Origination

There is no set-up charge for basic text-only designs using fonts which we have. We have a stock library of over 20,000 embroidery motifs and designs and any of these can be used without any artwork or set up charges. To have your own logo or artwork embroidered then there will be an origination (punching) charge. Currently our punching charge is £25 per logo for breast / sleeve logos regardless of complexity, number of stitches or number of colours. For large logos (such as jacket backs) the cost is £50. This is a once only charge – we will keep your design on file for future orders.

Screen printing Artwork / Origination

For screen printing there will be a screen set-up charge, this cost will vary depending upon the complexity of design, number of print colours and type of product being printed, please contact us for advice. For basic text-only designs using fonts, which we have, artwork is free. Artwork charges for specific designs or logos will be quoted once we see a rough sketch of your requirements.

Minimum Orders

We have no minimum order quantities with the exception of some headwear and screen printing orders. Embroidered headwear and all screen printed orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 24 of each item.

Colours and sizes

Full details of the colours and sizes available for each garment are listed in the catalogue. Please note that for some garments all sizes are not always produced in every colour – again full details are in the catalogue. Colours and sizes may vary between different garments and brands. Colours shown in our literature are only as accurate as the printing process will allow. Please be aware that unless stated otherwise the sizes quoted are “to fit” in inches. They are not indicative of the actual size of the garment as some styles are designed to be worn loose/baggy and others are designed to be worn fitted. These sizes are approximate and for guidance only. You must ensure that garments are suitable before ordering.

Payment & Title

Full payment is required with order – please remember to add delivery and VAT. Most major credit cards are accepted. Returned or re-presented cheques and unauthorised credit cards will be charged at £25. Payment for goods can be made online using our secure server facilities which can process most major debit and credit cards. We use PayPal as our payment gateway. Payments are also accepted by cheque or postal order, which you can post to us (please remember that cheque clearing will add 7 days to the order process). Customers who have an established and approved credit account with LE Graphics may order online or by phone and have goods charged to their account, payment on credit accounts is due within 30 days of invoice date. Legal title in all goods shall not pass to the buyer until all sums due on the sellers account have been paid in full.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally items will be out of stock although they may still be listed on our website because we are expecting a delivery of the item from our suppliers shortly or because another recent order has depleted our stock levels. Whenever you order an item that is out of stock, we shall inform you within 5 working days of the expected delivery date of the item. If the delivery date is not suitable for you, you may cancel your order and receive a refund. LE Graphics accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by late or delayed delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Since almost all of our signage and printing products are bespoke made, you will be provided with a full set of drawings and detailed quotation which you will be asked to carefully examine and sign-off before production commences. All products are guaranteed free from manufacture defects for one year but any changes or alterations required after artwork sign-off will be at the customers expense. Since almost all of our clothing products are custom decorated, you will be provided with a proof of the embroidery work or a stitched out sample and detailed quotation which you will be asked to carefully examine and sign-off before production commences. All products are guaranteed free from manufacture defects for one year but any changes or alterations required after artwork sign-off will be at the customers expense. Garments ordered for samples (undecorated) are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Samples not returned within 10 working days or not returned in perfect condition including all original labels and packaging will be charged at full cost. Please be sure of your choice of sizes and colours as NO REFUNDS will be made against items which have been embroidered or printed unless they have a manufacturing defect. Cancelled orders will be charged for in full.


No liability is accepted for delays or non-deliveries howsoever caused. All transactions are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale (available upon request). We reserve the right to substitute products whenever necessary and to alter prices and/or specifications without prior notice. We accept no liability for breach of third party copyright. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that any artwork supplied is not the subject of any copyright restrictions. All products are offered subject to availability. Once a proof or sample is approved we can accept no liability for any errors which were not corrected by the client. This price list supersedes all previous price lists. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications of all products without prior notice.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis, we make no guarantee that our website will be error free, or be available on an uninterrupted basis. We shall not be held responsible to you if we are unable to provide any of our Internet services to you for any reasons out of our control. Unless we are negligent, we shall not be responsible for any loss you may incur, loss or destruction of data or any other loss you may incur from the use of our Internet services. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website – or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration to your transmissions, or data in circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


We normally deliver within two weeks but we will always try to accommodate rush orders – please ask. Goods are dispatched by carrier and UK and Ireland delivery is charged per carton at £5.95 Northern Ireland, £8.50 to republic of Ireland and £15.00 to UK mainland. Please ask for international delivery costs. For signage and other custom products which we are required to fit on site, delivery will be made by our installation team and will normally be included in the cost of manufacture and installation unless otherwise stated.


All complaints must be received in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. No discrepancies can be met after this time. We will take any complaints seriously at LE Graphics, indeed we will view any complaints as an opportunity to improve our service. If we receive a complaint from any customer we will acknowledge receipt of it within 5 working days, and deal with it in an appropriate, honest and speedy manner. We shall make every effort to advise you of the timescale in dealing with your complaint. We shall keep you informed throughout the process of dealing with your complaint. You can use any of the contact methods detailed on our contact us page to make a complaint.

Copyright & Trademarks

All design, images, logos, graphics, photography, text as displayed on our website, are protected under copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing and recording an order with us. LE Graphics respects the intellectual property rights of others, if you feel that we have infringed your own intellectual property, please inform us as soon as possible.

Data Protection & Site Security

For the purposes of fulfilling an order on our website, it is necessary to record details about the order and about you – note, LE Graphics DOES NOT store or record your credit card details. We make every effort to ensure that all data is held in a secure manner. We employ secure server technology to help prevent interception of data whilst it is being transmitted, and take the utmost care to ensure that our systems are protected from unauthorised entry. LE Graphics DOES NOT store credit card details for any of its customers, we use third party payment gateways (such as PayPal) to help ensure the highest level of security for our customers. Neither LE Graphics nor any of its employees will ever see, or have access to, any credit card details entered online. We will use any personal information you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Note: LE Graphics does not share information about its customers with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your Privacy

LE Graphics and it’s partners are committed to protecting the privacy of those using this website and the confidentiality of the personal information which our customers provide us with. We use the information we collect to provide services and to ensure that your orders and enquiries are processed smoothly. Beyond that we only use personal information if volunteered by you. LE Graphics will never sell personal information and will not share personal information with third parties unless this is required to fulfill your order or to provide a service from this website.

What information do you hold about me?
If you have signed up for our newsletter, entered a competition, or sent us an e-mail enquiry, you have given us your email address and possibly your name as well. If you have placed an order with us or created an account with us, you will have given us your name and address details, and possibly your credit card information.
